Description
Adds a Ean8, 5 digit supplement bar code object to the
EvenOddTemplate object and returns a New Ean8Sup5 object.

- CodeValue
- The value stored in the bar code.
- X
- The X Coordinate of the Ean8, 5 digit supplement bar code.

A Ean8Sup5 object.
