AddUrlOutline	Adds a child UrlOutline object to the UrlOutline object and returns a new UrlOutline object.
AddXYOutline	Adds a XYOutline object to the UrlOutline object and returns a new XYOutline object.
AddZoomOutline	Adds a ZoomOutline object to the UrlOutline object and returns a new ZoomOutline object.
