DynamicPDF™ Merger v4.0.3 For .NET is installed at "%Program Files%\ceTe Software\DynamicPDF v4.0.3 for .NET [Edition]\" by default. There are three assemblies included, one for each version of the .NET Framework 1.0, 1.1 and 2.0.

Open your project's references window and selecting "DynamicPDF for .NET 1.X - [Edition]" from the list on the ".NET" tab.
Visual Studio .NET 2005
Open your project's references window and selecting "DynamicPDF for .NET 2.0 - [Edition]" from the list on the ".NET" tab.
NOTE: Make sure you have not placed both assemblies in your applications bin folder. Placing both assemblies in your bin folder can cause errors and unpredictable results.
