PageList Constructor

Initializes a new instance of the PageList class.

Public Properties

Count	Gets the number of pages in the collection.
Item	Gets the page at the given index.

Public Methods

Add	Adds a Page to the end of the PageList.
Append	Append a PageList to the end of the PageList.
GetEnumerator	Returns an enumerator that can iterate through the PageList.
Insert	Inserts a Page into the PageList at the specified index.
